All companies using the portal set their own rate of pay for specific workers required in accordance to their own company pay structure and the role to be filled.

A typical example for a general shift undertaken is as follows:

A standard basic £10.50 per hour, plus holiday entitlement at an additional 12.5% per hour worked: Basic rate including holiday entitlement is £11.81 per hour. 

Emergency call out (required the same day with less than 12 hours notice) the worker would receive an additional one off £25 bonus payment.
